The idea behind this start-up was to ensure that the food on the table is sourced without middlemen stores or market, directly from farms. Farm2Preserve also seeks to encourage locally-sourced, farm-fresh products in dehydrated form providing its customers a strong connection to nature. Our initiative eliminates the need for frozen food products that are stale and largely nutrient-free.
The company aspires to transform the habits of urban populace allowing mass consumers to avail vegetables and fruits, bereft of additional preservatives or additives. The dehydrated products ensure optimal health of consumers, providing them wholesome regimen, mostly sourced from rural areas who follow organic mode of harvesting- free from pesticides and chemicals. Another idea behind venturing in to processing of drying and dehydration was to shorten the time gap from farm to plate with harvested crops reaching actual consumers in dehydrated condition, promoting high shelf life.
Now who needs cold storage, water-sprinkled fruits and vegetables from vendors, that look “fresh” but at least several days old, before they are consumed.
